1. What is your Experience and Qualifications?

  • With 8 years of experience as an in-house bookkeeper managing a group of companies, I bring a strong foundation in financial organization and reporting. I’m a QuickBooks Certified Bookkeeper and a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics.

2.  How do you handle financial and personal data security?

  • We understand how important it is to keep your financial data safe and private. We use secure, encrypted bookkeeping tools and always follow best practices to protect your information. Confidentiality is a top priority in everything we do.

  • We prioritize clear and responsive communication to make sure you always feel supported. We use special bookkeeping platforms that allow as communicate quickly, upload and share documents. etc. We use email, phone, and video calls as well. We also keep communication straightforward—no jargon, just honest updates and helpful answers when you need them.
  • During our monthly calls, we will go through all your financials and answer all questions.
  • We try to accommodate all inquiries within the next business day time frame.

4. Can I include/exclude services later on?

  • Absolutely! Our services are fully customizable. You can add or cancel any service.

  • Pricing is fully transparent and final—there are no surprises. You’ll receive a clear quote before we begin, so you’ll always know exactly what to expect. Our starting package is $300/month.

6. Do you know everything about bookkeeping/tax structure in all states and counties?

  • No, we do not. Tax legislation is an ever-changing subject.  As a matter of fact, as of 2024, there are over 11,000 sales tax jurisdictions in the United States. What we do know is how to figure it out in your particular case.

7. What is going to happen once we start Consultations?

  • Our onboarding process is simple and stress-free.
    First, we schedule a brief video call to understand your needs and expectations. Next, we review your books and walk you through a customized proposal during a follow-up call. Once we agree on the details, we sign an engagement letter, and from there, we’re ready to get started!
